To register and use VyobraTok, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• ✅ Be at least 17 years of age or older.
• ✅ Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• ✅ Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws.
• ✅ Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• ✅ Not have had a prior account suspended or terminated for violations.
• ✅ Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

When you create an account on VyobraTok, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

VyobraTok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, misused, or created in violation of these Terms.

VyobraTok operates a virtual coin-based economy. Users may purchase 🪙 Coins to access premium features, send virtual gifts, and unlock enhanced communication tools within the platform.

VyobraTok reserves the right to modify coin pricing, packages, and features at any time without prior notice. Coins have no expiry date unless the account is terminated for policy violations.

VyobraTok offers VIP Membership tiers that provide users with enhanced platform features, increased visibility, priority matching, and other exclusive benefits. VIP status is purchased through the in-app Coin system or direct subscription.

• 💎 VIP memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• 💎 Benefits are active for the subscription duration only.
• 💎 VIP features may change at VyobraTok's discretion.
• 💎 Auto-renewal subscriptions will be charged at the end of each cycle.
• 💎 Cancellation stops future renewals but does not issue refunds for the current period.

VyobraTok provides real-time video and audio calling, virtual gift sending, and social interaction features. Use of these features is subject to these Terms and Community Guidelines.

• Calls are facilitated in real time and are not recorded or stored by VyobraTok unless stated for safety investigations.
• Virtual gifts sent to other users are final transactions and cannot be recalled or refunded.
• Transaction and call history is available within the app for your review.
• Feature availability may vary by region, device, and subscription tier.
• VyobraTok does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may conduct maintenance at any time.

VyobraTok may offer a referral and reward program allowing users to earn Coins or other in-app benefits by inviting new users to the platform.

• 🎯 Referral rewards are credited only when the referred user completes a qualifying action (e.g., registration, first recharge).
• 🎯 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as real money.
• 🎯 Fraudulent referrals (fake accounts, bots, self-referrals) will result in reward forfeiture and account suspension.
• 🎯 VyobraTok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
• 🎯 Accumulated referral rewards that remain unused are forfeited upon account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on VyobraTok and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action:

• Posting, sharing, or transmitting any content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or harmful to minors.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Impersonating any person, entity, or brand — including VyobraTok staff.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate any platform feature.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including fake referrals, chargebacks, or payment manipulation.
• Sharing misinformation, hate speech, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
• Soliciting personal financial transactions outside of VyobraTok's official payment systems.
• Using the platform for any illegal commercial activity, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

All platform content including the VyobraTok name, logo, design, software, features, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of VyobraTok Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting, posting, or sharing any content on the platform ("User Content"), you grant VyobraTok a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

VyobraTok does not claim ownership of your User Content. You retain all ownership rights, subject to the license granted above. VyobraTok reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

VyobraTok collects, processes, and stores certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using VyobraTok, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• 🛡️ We collect usage data, device information, and interaction history to improve the platform.
• 🛡️ Payment data is processed by secure third-party processors; VyobraTok does not store full payment card details.
• 🛡️ Your data is stored on secure servers and protected with industry-standard encryption.
• 🛡️ VyobraTok complies with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where relevant.
• 🛡️ You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

VyobraTok is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyobraTok Inc. disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall VyobraTok Inc., its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

VyobraTok's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to VyobraTok in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

VyobraTok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• ⚠️ Violation of these Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.
• ⚠️ Fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
• ⚠️ Misuse of platform features, including bots or automated tools.
• ⚠️ Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• ⚠️ Inactivity for an extended period as defined by VyobraTok policy.
• ⚠️ Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time through account settings. Voluntary closure does not entitle you to a refund of any unused Coins or subscription periods.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which VyobraTok Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting VyobraTok at legal@vyobratok.com. VyobraTok will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of notice.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitral institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
